Hello dear community! It is us! Team Gather and Grow OC, your friendly neighborhood therapists! Among us are folks using she/her and they/them pronouns but we also see you he/hims, want to wave hello to the ze/zirs and ze/hirs, nod our heads to the none of the aboves, and tip our hats to all you courageous beings bringing new pronouns into existence to describe more accurately your truest most perfect selves!

GGOC Director, Traci, will be teaching a seminar called “Power, Privilege, & Play” this weekend (July 24-25) through TASHRA.

I can’t help but shudder at how this has affected our collective bodies, particularly during this time when there has been such a profound need to simultaneously down-regulate into shared grief and co-regulate into movement.
We know that the world continues to hold many challenges, but can we pause to say how utterly impressed we are with how everyone is taking care of themselves? Yes, that’s you!
