Now is the time for deep breaths. Deep belly filling, chest opening, sigh inducing breaths! While breath should be a right we have opened our eyes to how often it is a privilege. Yogic traditions believe that it isn’t a certain amount of days that we have but rather a certain amount of breaths… don’t waste any.

Let each breath be a practice of honoring and healing

Use your breath as fuel, as a reminder of the preciousness of each moment, the magic of our bodies, and the reason for our movements.

Deep breaths. Lean in. Sustain.
