Gather & Grow OC offers anti-racist, intersectionally feminist, trauma-informed care. We strive to create egalitarian healing environments that attend to the multitude of privilege and oppression concerns that plague the modern client.

• This means that who we are, who you are, and who your clients are matters!

• Your personal healing work is an expectation rather than an option. 

• We don’t deny difference we address it.

• We have compassion for how our clients show up to therapy and of their past experiences in therapy.

• It is your responsibility to continue your education and cultivate your areas of specialization (with our support of course!)

• We honor where you’re friendly, affirming, and/or knowledgeable.
