About Gather & Grow OC

Gather and Grow Orange County is a group practice offering counseling, education, and community outreach. It seeks to reduce the isolation of being in private practice as well as the negative stigma of seeking support around mental health.

The personality of GGOC is consciously optimistic, woke, warm, affirming, modern, bright, clean, clear, inviting, hopeful, energetic, up-to-date, knowledgeable, competent, growth-oriented, feminist, anti-racist, and trauma-informed. When people interact with our practice we want them to feel uplifted, hopeful, conscious of their strengths, heard & validated, normalized & not judged, unconditionally supported, and safe within the boundaries of the therapeutic relationship. The purpose of our practice is to facilitate the creation of autonomy. It promotes the education of our clients as well as our therapists and offers a space to grow.

What Sets Us Apart

Consistent warm communication! We want folks to feel good about the onboarding process. We offer education through Gather and Grow OC rather than outsourcing, and believe clients finding the right fit is our highest priority. Clients coming in will know they have a “team” supporting them without the bureaucratic tape of an agency. The therapy offered here will have a process-oriented healing lens with a client-centered approach. Treatment will be non-pathologizing and holistically strength-based.
