Specifically, we’ll be taking a closer look at Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Casting light on common misconceptions and why females often go undiagnosed or misdiagnosed. I share a little bit about my own neurodiversity to destigmatize these beautifully misunderstood brains.
